I have been training very hard with a personal fitness trainer to prepare (for BCT, and so on) and now my personal trainer is concerned that I may have a meniscus rip (a tiny rip in the cartilage in my kneecap). I like to be pushed pretty hard and my personal fitness trainer is a great motivator - pushing me well beyond what I believe my limits are with a mix of old school weights, functional core work and a variety of cardiovascular activities to increase fitness. My trainer learned about these things while getting a personal trainer certification.

I adore the cross trainer but I just detest running, however for now I just do what my personal trainer is telling me to do. I made my goals at the start, and now my personal fitness trainer is holding me accountable. I enrolled in the full account so that I am able to back up my factual information online and set my own diet plan plans - my personal trainer is helping me.
