I've been writing freelance articles for quite a long time. I fancy that they have little significance to my life, in point of fact they're all generally pretty distant from me. Nonetheless, I resolved to write the diet article in spite of what people thought. I have always been unafraid of defying status quo with the articles that I write. I would not explain why at the time, but I had already come to understand why the diet article was important to me. You see, I have always attempted to cultivate a larger-than-life image. As an author, I need to be distant from my subject matter. I need to be strong & confident so that I can obtain the quotes that I have to make my articles work. Through writing diet articles, I could demonstrate that I have had to control the exact same personal struggles that everybody else does. My other articles aren't insincere, and I have not lied about who I am in the past, but I certainly haven't revealed it. I felt that it was time to reveal a part of myself in my article writing.
At this point, I have not had the diet article published. Some of my editors have made very little effort to hide their disinterest, but other ones seem more open to the idea. I even have one promising lead for a future edition. My diet article might not earn me fame or success, but it was worth writing for me. I've always written for myself, & I will carry on to do so.
