Perhaps you have heard about it when PopCap introduced bejeweled 3 of the game after the successful bejeweled 2? Anyway, EA Mobile decided a while ago to introduce this game for the android phones too.For those who do not know the game yet: the goal of bejeweled is to get 3 of the same colored jewels linked either side to side or up and down. Every time you are allowed to exchange two jewels in the playfield to develop those connections. When 3 of the same color connect, they will disappear. The jewels above the three will go down and newer will shift in. When you are able to build a chain reaction of '3 jewels connect', your points will skyrocket!
The android version of bejeweled is playable in normal and time trial mode. The normal form enables you to keep playing until you finally run out of compositions. I assume the time trial mode speaks for itself. In the years bejeweled was around I have tried many of these game versions online. All of these are nicely animated and also have a fast paced gameplay. The visuals of the game never make any difference very much, it's the concept of the game and that fast gameplay that produce that 'Bejeweled experience'. Testing the game on some older versions of the android handsets really spoiled the gameplay, as it is so terribly slow. Additionally the sounds used in the game are not that superb. Finally that doesn't matter that much at all. For me personally the game Bejeweled for Google android is rated nothing more than a straight six.
